How we communicate shapes our world. Whether it’s with friends, partners, or coffeeshop strangers, our lives are a weave of the interactions we facilitate. Authentic Relating Games are a collection of extensively tested, masterfully led experiences that give players a hands-on taste of both the joy and skills of interpersonal connection.

A traditional Games Night has at least 10 participants, and takes you through a series of interactions that are designed to:
Highlight and train body awareness
Create deep connection
Boost empathy
Strengthen community

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle touch that addresses the source of physical and energetic restrictions, tensions, and holding patterns in your body through listening to the intelligent pulse of your cerebrospinal fluid, and facilitating your body's inner wisdom to gently and deeply re-align for optimal health and well-being.

Both deep and subtle, Craniosacral Therapy works in collaboration with the nervous system and energetic systems of the body though listening, allowing, and supporting the tissues in unwinding themselves from the inside out.

Restorative Yoga combines gentle supported postures with breathing and meditation techniques to heal the mind and body, eliminate fatigue and stress, boost recovery and support the immune system, reduce anxiety by calming the nervous system and rejuvenating the entire self. 

Sound healing is a helpful tool for focus and relaxation. This practice encourages a deep introspective and connective experience for all listening and participating. This particular one uses singing bowls, gongs, bells, chimes and gentle vocalizations.
