Back Care Basics: a 6 Week Course

Do you ever suffer from back pain? Would you like to know how to relieve that pain yourself, without medication? Then this course is for you. We will outline how repetitive motion commonly causes pain in the back and elsewhere. Over the 6 weeks we learn postures and alignment techniques to create length and space to ease pain. This will gradually move into postures that strengthen the back muscles so that the risk of re injury lowers. For this course to be effective for you I ask that we meet before it begins for a consultation so that I best know how to address your body. I want to help you create a practice that supports a more easeful life.
